Great job!

If it were me I'd drop the seat back and a bit lower. It will give you a bit better lower center of gravity, and look more like a bobber also.

Chain Loose in some spots and tight in others?

Its a fairly new chain only has about 2 hours on it. It has about 5/8 inch play in but in one spot it tightens up pretty taught. Is this normal?

The Sproket and clutch are aligned up fine.

Clutch question?

I think its a comet, there are no labels on it. It was on a used engine i bought and i used it on my HF2.5 build. It worked great for Hours and hours. I had to make a sleeve for it to fit the 5/8...
