Tough call. The Rotax will need some tuning to be ran in the summer as to not melt the piston(s) and will have more power than the Kholer. My vote is Rotax.

I've never found any for sale 4 on 4 hubs for anything larger than a 1" axle. Rather B Welding had to make his own several times for that reason. You may just have to get the more common 4x156 hubs....
