Yeah, should be fine, if its a 196cc, everything should be identical, although it may have a different '5 bolt' valve cover.
Best bang for your buck is to rip out your governor, get a free flowing...

Basically there is a grub screw on the bearing which you can tighten down onto the axle so that is doesn't move side to side. As far as I know all pillow blocks have them, the ones on that ebay link...
