So after I realized I probably shouldn't use all the ATV's front end. I cut it up a bit more and came up with this . More of me trying to use the atv's metal. Gigantic failure . I couldn't line it up...

I have never seen anyone make a battery pack out of AAA batteries .... 100 AAA in series = very very low capacity . You would need 800 of them for a 8 minute ride.

So... The motor is DC .. 4900 rpm 1.5 HP at 100 VDC ... You will need some reduction... You will also need a lot of voltage . You could over volt the motor but that will create heat and melt it ....
