So I've gone this long without replacing the transmission yet, Didn't get worse, got a little bit better until the last few days, and now I can only drive the car about 3-4 miles until it'll fall...

Most likely something to do with the same issue we had awhile back with attachments. I think robert fixed it pretty well but im unsure. In lamen terms, things might just be "clogged" up.

Possibly, otherwise I have a buddy that works at a dealership that would do it for $150.

Might just take that route so it gets done faster and the right way, never done a FWD trans swap.

Yup, same setup. It doesn't bother me too much because I'll be more than likely freshening up nearly every gasket I can along with the simple tune-up I have planned anyway.

Chances are if I find the right deal, I will get a motor+trans in once piece and replace it all. The motor seems to be pretty strong yet though so Im not sure.

You'll love the primer for ease of starting the thing when its cold as heck, however a combination of the two is best if the motor decides it wants you to keep priming the thing when its cold as heck...
