Yea it's gonna be pretty heavy, and the diff is a solid axle mate, the wheels will bolt to the ends. I do plan on welding the spider gears to lock it.

Just after a bit of help guys.

Ok I want to run 31" tyres, also in the lineup is a 4:1 gearbox and an engine governed at 3600rpm. My question is what reduction do I need inbetween...

It had too short of a spring from the throttle lever to the governor arm.

It just randomly stalls after idling for a few minutes now... Haha

And the pullstart is dodgy...

Ok, now when I start the motor it's on half choke and it's like a fast idle, full choke and it doesn't run and No choke it revs it's tits off....

Any ideas guys, allready...

Just took the reduction box off, it was a wet...

Just took the reduction box off, it was a wet multiplate clutch with chain going to the jackshaft. Clutch plates were worn out.

But it left a 3/4" keyed straight shaft left, just as normal...

I assume standard size rings and original piston will be fine with a hone?

Ok guys just an update.

Took it apart again, and got some pics of the bore.

There is some very light pitting on the top of the barrel, aswell as residue marks on the bottom. No major scoring.
