You're right on the threat count, typically we ordered 1 1/4" bolts a thick washer and a lock...

5959 from Manco is the correct belt since you don't have adjustment between the two clutches. The replacement is a comet 203589.

Yeah, lucky for you its possible to buy a series 30 driven for cheap. Thats a nice looking 1" bore driver though. Try not to put too much hp on that sucker even though it'll fit on a bigger engine...

Don't use a cable. I don't trust them on a brake band unless its necessary. You need to take flatbar drill a 3/8" hole through it to run through the middle of the brake band, you can weld that flat...

Please go watch my video about cleaning torque converters. You may have lubed it wrongly.

Hex axles rarely bend, its almost always a sprocket or wheel if not a dirty torque converter.

Look under the gas tank at the front of the engine (part under the gas tank behind the seat). It'll be cast. Much like rmm said, just to let you know where to look.
