Peak vs continuous. Motors can draw much more peak power than continuous. 4000w peak seems pretty reasonable. Don't run it for 4000w for too long or provide it external cooling.

You take 3 quarter coins, put them ontop of the Piston, push until the top of the quarters meet the top of the block. Tighten the flywheel there.

Still needs to be reverse wound. The belt will kinda pull into the groove. See how it is wound now? It can't "back down" because it would need to be wound the other way for it to work.

Someone recommended to me to look at seatbelt retrofits for older cars. Basically a car 3 point harness but with a standard bolt hole on each end.
