i think i would have extended the frame and cut bigger wheel wells in it, then maybe put a slightly larger tire on it to make it look right in the well

so i found out that i had some galvanized 1.875 OD 1/8 inch wall pipe here
so it's very likely that i will be making a frame sooner than i thought

i recommend lengthening it and making it mid engine... (or moving the rear axle back) that way you have a chance of keeping the front wheel on the ground when you are...

here is a kart that a couple of friends and i made at school.
it has a Polaris 340 snowmobile engine on it with a centrifugal clutch (as you hear it never locks up).

also it has a dirt bike pipe...
