got my tires

so finally i got my tires, they're burris slicks . 11x5x6 which is a perfect fit for the front and 11x7.10x6 for the rear

my rear rims are 7" wide, would that 0.10 make a difference at all for the worst or best ?

also, i kept watching how to mount it, ppl on youtube use that round hollow cylinder and pump the tires,,, what is that ? and do i need to do this ?! ?! or a simple mount and pump will do ?
thanks

The "round hollow cylinder" you speak of is a bead seater; it holds the centre of the tyre in so the beads will sit firmly on the rim.

No, you don't need to use one, it just makes the job a bit easier. Simply remove the valve centre before inflating & you should be ok. Be careful not to damage the beads as you mount the new tyres.

The 0.1 difference in the width should make no differenc at all; think about it, that's 1/10th of an inch...
