i replaced a spring with a wire so when you push the peddle it goes faster because it pulls it all the way.
this added atleast 20 mph to my go kart and i still haven't gone as fast as it can go because there arent any long straight streets by me
if you have a go kart with a spring like mine i would suggest to get one that doesnt strech as much or just use some wire.
i am going to film this tomorrow when its bright outside. so check for a vid
IT GOES CRAZY FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and its not going to blow up dont tell me it will

hmm..
People told me that the spring wasn't needed cause the govenor was in in the engine or something.

Hey! Watch it! A Clone can hit 5200-5300 with stock springs! People have ran 6500 on a stock rod, just upgraded springs!
If you have an aluminum flywheel, you're gonna be screwed over one day... same with over revving.

Si, some use pneumatic governors if I remember correctly. They aren't on the inside, but use the air made by the flywheel to properly adjust throttle. Bogging down = Less air, and the governor allows more throttle to get it back up to speed.
