Can someone tell me how to calculate the jack shaft sprocket sizes? got a baja motorsports frame with a 19" rear tire, 54 tooth rear sprocket, 10 tooth clutch on a 6.5 Tecumseh OHV. This is a bare frame project I am building. Building a crawler, not wanting a speed demon.

take the ratios and multiply them..
10/40 and a 15/30 would be 8:1 ratio

Yea, i've had about a dozen over the years. 68 and up 1600cc are rated at 60hp. With stock carb they make great buggys. But I saw a conversion at Daytona bug fest last year and had to give it a try. still in the building stage at this point. hope to have it done by late spring...
