jesus that thing looks awesome, looks like I know what kind of frame I am going to build. you wouldnt happen to have plans or anything? that thing is a sure fire sale.

Just out of curiosity, did you have the frame normalized after welding?

The kart is 6 ft long and 20 in wide at the main rails with a 36 in rear axle.... thats about all I know off hand... I started with those measurements and played the rest by eye after.

no, it wasn't normalized. I don't know of anyone locally that does it.

chassis without engine or wheels or axle weighs about 30 lbs. - it is fast and it is dangerous if you aren't careful.
