Hey, that looks great! I especially like the purple forks! lol Just kidding. Seriously, though, I think it looks great. I like the way you've made it look a little like a mini chopper. Nice engine!

u got a power fist engine, do happen to live in canada? that engine was on sale for 140 bucks, but my teacher used one of those and gave it a bad review, the
lifespan of that engine isnt long, maybe 2 years depending how much you use it

chevy6
09-20-2007, 07:05 PM
Yes i do live in Canada and if it blows up in 2 years i return it and get a new one thats the great thing.

Jblankster
09-21-2007, 09:57 PM
yea. you should have just un bolted it and put a straight exhaust on it. pretty sure that voided warranty.

chevy6
09-23-2007, 07:45 PM
I didn't know anywhere to buy the flange for it so i had to you the stock one and i have buddy with the same engine i can use his i i have to return it or something

robin
09-24-2007, 04:30 PM
probs a stupid question whats header warp ?

chevy6
09-24-2007, 07:00 PM
It is used to keep the heat in the pipe so it burns all fuel and gives you more horsepower. So have have been told. I will take pic later.http://www.autobarn.com/images/thermotec/copperwrap.gif

kibble

Just a question, is it supposed to be "wARped" or wRAped?

chevy6
09-25-2007, 07:06 AM
Sorry wasn't paying attention wrapped

robin
09-25-2007, 09:47 AM
willl that stuf stop you clothes meting on to the pipe ?

chevy6
09-25-2007, 10:11 AM
It should stop it. It stops a lot of the heat that comes off the pipe and gives it a race look so i think.

Cool, does it rust or is it galvinised or alum what?

chevy6
09-25-2007, 05:03 PM
If your talking about the header wrap its not a metal it some kind of fabric

kibble
09-25-2007, 06:11 PM
It looks like some sort of fiberglass fabric. They use some stuff that looks similar to that in electronics. Usually on resistors that get hot, I guess so that they won't burn stuff around them.

athif

princess auto will usually take it back without any questions, unless u spray paint it.

chevy6

Where did you get that rear tire? Is it close to 12 inches tall and is the axle 1/2?

chevy6
10-05-2007, 04:17 PM
its is a pocket drit bike tire and the axle is 12mm

2or3wheels
10-05-2007, 10:20 PM
i think thats 1/2 inch, how much did that cost and did it come with berrings and a sproket?

robin
10-06-2007, 05:45 AM
12mm is 0.472440945 inches

chevy6
10-06-2007, 01:54 PM
i payed 40$ shipped to my house yes it came with barrings and a sprocket. But the the sprocket is a #25. So i just went to princess auto and got a 35# sprocket and it comes with a brake disk just had to buy the calipers for 30$ shipped to my house. And i got it all from eBay.

2or3wheels
10-08-2007, 11:26 AM
THATS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED I found on for 30 plus shipping. Ill see if that cheaper. Anyone know how much a jackshft would cost?

chevy6
10-08-2007, 03:37 PM
i have looked at them and they look to be around $20 to $30

2or3wheels
10-09-2007, 03:48 PM
A new sproket for the tires is 10 bucks and i think its free shipping because of the tire so i think im going to just go with that.

chevy6

2or3wheels
10-24-2007, 07:12 PM
