Suggestion on Hydraulics

Would it be possible for someone to post a link to or write a section on hydraulics? With definitions and the like. I was looking in my Surplus Center catalog the other day and I keep seeing the word Spool on valves and I have no idea what it means, along with a good amount of the other words like Gerotor.

Yeah, hydro cart. I would disclose more detail but its still in the planning stages. I will say it will be awesome and informational help will be much appreciated. :)

Haha, will do. Just gotta get all the stuff figured out first. Im brand new at hydraulics except for Zturn stuff so im still learning.

A hydro drive kart sounds pretty cool. Lots of torque to the wheels id imagine.
