Swing-arm karts

hi all,
I'm new here...I want to build a kart for off road use. I would like to build the rear swing arm style with a front suspension. Where do you get a swingarm? Do u build it? If so how? I have a welder and tools and a good imagination, but a tight budget.Please help?

nevermind ...I have went with the fixed reer end.

its usually easier front suspnsion is easier.
