Dude, you need to get a book at least if you've never run a MIG welder. Though it's an easy-to-learn setup, you still need to learn some of the basics, and safety. I recommend getting on amazon and finding a heavily illustrated book.
And, for reference, I run my MIG at 20-30.

with argon gas I always found that 15-20 psi was plenty good
