what is the right thickness to put diamond plate on the bottom af a gokart:confused:

Can be very thin, and reinforced, or thicker, and not reinforced. I've used ultra-thin sheet metal (not diamond plate) and reinforced it, and it worked fine. Probably any diamond plate is thick enough.
