I see these frames from time to time on this site. I bought this one for $60.00. What should I do with the rear axle? I remember someone talking about a solid axle conversion.
I'll scrape it down and re spray it. Then I'll stick a 2hp brigs on it or maybe a clone.

It appears to be a go kart frame, but i may be mistaken. JK

I've been wondering the same, they seem pretty common, i saw one a while back for $100 with a 5hp briggs.

I was hoping that someone would say "yeah I have one just like it and it is a Manco" or something. No big deal, I'll figure it out.

I think there was probably serveral companies all copying each other and producing very simalar/generic looking karts. I'm not seeing anything in yours that sets it apart, so unless theres an ID tag or some other info stamped into the frame somewhere, you'll probably never know for sure.

ps:
Many of the members of this forum are kids, so sometimes we just kinda need to keep that in mind and not take offence to replies that were simply meant to be humorous...

It does look like a Manco a buddy of mine had many years ago. I have a pic of his somewhere at home.

doubt its a racer, one wheel pealer. looks more like for beginners some one knows just hold out & some one will say ya I had one of those, I`d say well done home made if it wasnt for the stickers, just through a motor on it & use it for what it was made for "FUN"

Yeah I was hoping it was a vintage kart frame but I couldn't have been so lucky. Vintage karts are very cool! :drool5:

Ha! My buddy just sold that same one about 2 mo. ago! He found it in a garage in a house he was working on. It was in great condition and the new owner of the property just gave it to him!
