make all those squares and rectangles triangles, makes it a hell of a lot stronger. Especially the middle section, it looks pretty weak.

You could make use of all that space and line up like 5 or 6 motors! now that would be cool.

looks good so far!

I dont like the gas tank behind my head. but... i have an old oil injection tank + pump from my boat, since they were known to fail we use premix now, could i possibly use this tank + pump for gas? or would the seals melt from gas?

Ok now im thinking of chopping it in half and having frames for 2 karts, the way it is now, it will hardly support 2 people, it is too wide and heavy, and it will not drive inbetween the trees in my woods. and i could use the other half for my crazy idea of a zero turn go kart using the wheelhorse 616z ztr i have that is junk

Why not cut it in half and use the spare half for a part of a roll cage ??

pmat

not enough metal for a cage. rollbar, maybe.

Doubtful. An injection pump handles some pretty small quantities of fluid to pump to venturi in the mouth of a 2 stroke carb. Therefore, small orifice, low volume, with higher pressures generated. Open the orifice wider and your pressures go away as friction loss alone steals tons of your available pressure, not to mention the already low volume pushed by the pump.

Your best bet is something simple. Just use the head pressure of an elevated tank in the rear. If positioning spooks you out, move it, but let gravity do the work. One thing you can always say is that gravity is a part that'll never break on you.

oh thats almost to strong having a frame thats to stiff is bad because it will roughen up you ride
