which one is minimal for a small go kart use? seems cheaper than a band brake system for some reason.

can i make my own hydrolic system like that? i can get a almunium cylinder machined with o ring grooves, and a pneumatic or hydrolic cylinder from a local supplier to be mounted on the pedal
or, how about some thing resembling a clamp, with brake pads, with a pneumatic or hydrolic cylinder on one end to open or close the clamps
or how about getting a vice grip mounted, had brake pads on them, and use it like a mechanical caliper?

i suppose you could but it might leak through the o rings if it wasnt a perfect fit

thats why there is o rings, so it doesnt leak, orings can be compressed a bit, makes for a better seal

i no but i thought that the o rings might leak a little when thier under high pressure like whats needed inside a brake system
