Alright so I picked this baby up Sunday for 500 dollars and then I get a call from this dude I have been trying to get ahold of for like 5 weeks. He is selling a 2005 Roketa 250 atv for 250 bucks because it has a broken axle.
Well how hard will it be to put that drive train into my kart?

a strap wrench would work well, then you most likely need a wheel puller to get the actual flywheel off, or you can be cheap like me and use a few flathead screwdrivers and apply even pressure on both sides (carefully.

That's a GY6 Honda clone, I have one also and had to remove the flywheel to replace the stator. I put two bolts in the flywheel where the fan bolts up and used a big screw driver put through the two bolts to hold it while I removed the end nut.

So I took the impact wrench to it and brrrzzz brrrrzzz it came off like it was nothing. I cant believe it was that easy.
Anyways I installed the new coil and CDi no spark tomorrow my stator shoudl come in.
If that doesnt work I guess I will be tracing every single wire.

You should always trace every wire first, then test each component with a multi-meter. It saves money, and time waiting for parts to come in the mail

Your absolutely right. It turns out that the AC Power wire and trigger pulse wire were crossed. :out:
But I have an upgraded ignition and as soon as I get my uni, jets and yellow spring I will be modded real good. So actually I am not losing any money. per say.
THanks for the help guys.
