First Mini Bike/Chopper

Hey all this is my first project, at first i thought about building a go kart but i thought i should start out with a mini bike. and i really like the mini choppers. any ideas for starting out? frame designs?

The frame design on the site is good. When i build mine im going to put a 8 inch rim on back and a 20 inch bike tire up front.
