Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I just wanted to tell you about the mini chopper my dad and I are building, as well as posting some pics in the of it in the future.
The chopper will only be about 4 something feet long (haven't finished it yet.), it's being made from 1 inch stainless steel tube that we have access to at my dad's fabrication job. It has a 3 HP B&S engine with a 12 tooth centrifugal clutch, 60 tooth sprocket on the 10" rear wheel, (Same as the front) a disc brake that's going to be mounted on the drive sprocket. The engine is in fairly good condition, and was rebuilt right before I bought it, (Got it for $25!!) so it should do atleast 25 MPH. I'll try to post pictures of it so far soon, and might be able to post some diagrams of it that we did on a CAD program, in case someone is looking for some simple mini chopper plans with diagrams

Hey guys,
Sorry I haven't posted lately, I haven't had a chance to get on the computer in a while.
Here's the problem with me posting pictures. All I have to take them is a cell phone, and it won't send them to the computer. So unless there's a different way to get them on the computer, I can't send them. Unless I can tape and upload a video of it.
We only have time to work on it once a week, since it's at my dad's fabrication job, so it'll take more time then if we had the tools at home.
Last week I didn't go with dad, so he took pictures on the phone for me to see. He made and mounted the motor plate, and also made two spacers for the rear wheel, so it will stay in one place. (The spacers took almost an hour to make because he had to find the right tube at the right size.)

Here are some pics from last night. we didn't work on the mini chopper, I just wanted to get you guys some pics of it. I'm also including a ton of
miscellanious pics.

Here's the order:
1-Overall of the mini chopper
2-front end view
3-engine (3 hp)
4-rear wheel
5 & 6- steering assembly
7-rear overall view
8-a couple of some of my really CRAPPY tack welds
9 & 10-the gocart plan I got off of that site and drew with chalk
(thanks for the advice, Robert)

Oh, and I'm going to paint the car seat and put foam underneath the blue fabric so it's comfortable.
