help with tools

I'm planing to build a go kart and it will be my first one so i need some help knowing what is needed to make a go kart.

Welder, drill with bits, set of socket wrenches, metal cutting saw, grinder would be nice.

Air compressor and impact wrench along with some deep sockets come in real handy if you are gonna have to work on a used engine to get those stubborn bolts out.

seems about right. and if you just can't get a welder, you can probably get a shop to weld up your frame if it's all cut and fit to size. Or buy a pre-built frame like this one. (http://clickserve.cc-dt.com/link/click?lid=41000000015023988)
