Stock H60 will run at 3600 rpm max with gov in place. More than enough to engage clutch shoes unless you have some kind of super race clutch.
1800 or 2300 rpm springs will do fine for any stock 4 cycle.

if i get the lower rated springs will it hurt things any?Possibly, clutch could overheat.
Engine may bog down as hp doesn't really "kick in" until after between (roughly) 1800 to 2200 rpm and tails off after 3600 rpm.
What diameter tires?
How many teeth on drive wheel sprocket?
Jackshaft ? Or straight chain from clutch to axle?

Drive sprocket is too small for that size tire and driving conditions (back yard). Clutch is overloaded. Consider sprocket with around 85 teeth.

think im just gonna get a transmision at least a 3 speed set up
its already to slow for my liking and i cant aford a torqueaverter
the sprockets almost to big already. ive been hiting rocks with it and now my axle is bent.
its time for drastic measures.

its already to slow for my likingWith your current setup and conditions, clutch will burn up, if it hasn't already.

yeah i cant go any biggerand cant aford jsckshafts. i only used the new clutch for a couple runs around the yard b 4 i put the old one back on. the old max tourque works better but still has lag.
Im definitely going to start looking for a transaxle from a lawn tractor or something. axle is bent any ways .
Thanks for the advice.:cheers2:
