Here are my arc welds. They are'nt amazing, but I thought for a 15 year old they are OK. These are my best.

Your bead looks very good except at the end to the right. You must be carefull at the end or else they blow out.

I know. The end is one of the hardest parts. You need to be able to make it strong and smart without burning through.

Looks good. Experiment a bit - when you start move forward and then back to the starting point. Where you start the weld is usually cold and this overcome that.

At the end - pause (break the arc), watch the weld pool solidify sligthly and then hit it again moving backwards from the end to buildup the bead height.

Watch the sides of the pool - if you flesh them out about the same width you'll get a very consistent looking bead.

Keep practicing and work on stick motion and keeping a steady hand. It's a lot better than some other's I have seen.
