I was surfing around ebay and found a real neat looking motor

That would be a great little motor for a kart.. Haven't seen one of those before.
Do you know anything about this type of motor Russ?

I remember them but have no experience with them.

Wow, that does look pretty vintage! It looks like you'd need to find a way to attach an exhaust and a carb to it though.

I like the idea of a 150 - 200cc 2 stroke.. I don't know if it applies but as I see it you get the torque of a gx200 clone and the rpms of a 2 stroke :)
I guess it would be really hard to find parts for something like that though.

Find a old single cylinder from a sled.

CC doesnt apply to torque..its all in the engine design.
