Cool! Why was it discarded? Were there issues with the design?

Why was it discarded? Were there issues with the design?Wasn't literally discarded, just wasn't a great performer. No issues with design, just needs more power w/larger prop.
Larger engines I got, prop I need is over $300.00.

Local hobby shop. Quite common on large scale r/c aircraft.

It doesnt realy matter the name of the store. Alot of hobby shops will carry props of that size. And there not too expensive (under 100$)

I don't recommend doing this. Has ability to sever limbs or kill instantly.

You make it sound soooo pleasant! Which reminds me, I was thinking of using some sort of fan, not a prop, as a load to test the LB once it's done.

I hope you're kidding.

Well, what would you suggest as a load? Or should I just bolt it onto the kart right away and test it that way?
Russ2251

should I just bolt it onto the kart right away and test it that way?Of coarse. Needs to be adjusted for your butt, not a fan!!!

No, my butt is not COARSE, it's as smooth as a baby's butt! and I believe you meant: "your butt". :roflol:
