120cc 4 stroke 4speed ideas?

hey guys im new to the site along with the whole gokart scene...
Im currently doing 1st Year apprenticeship as a mechanic and been building custom nitro rc cars for years, bush bashing with dirtbikes n atvs and im realy handy with my hands and my head!
Now lets get to the point, im thinking bout building a small kart, wheelbarrow wheels or sumfin like that and putting a 120cc 4stroke 4 speed motor and box from those cheap 'thumpster' bikes along with the brakes etc frnm the bike (ill be pulling apart a bike that never gets used)

What you guys think? Fabrication is not a problem, i have both mig and arc welders, grinders etc and looking to build this on a budget too as im broke haha

forgot 2 mention that, onroad and maybe some smooth dirt roads thus y i said wheelbarow wheets or sumfim similar...

wheelbarrow wheels arent made for speed. ATV tires are about the same size and would be great.

any utility tires (like wheelbarrow wheels) tear up easy on the street or other hard surfaces, so stay away unless you wanna do burnouts all the time in which case dont waste more expensive tires.

Some small 4 lug trailer tires would work well.
