I can't find 3 bolt hubs for my wheels ANYWHERE. My wheels are 3 bolt dunlop racing slicks for the rear. I ordered some 3 bolt hubs in and they are WAY too small. I've looked everywhere and don't understand why I can't find some hubs like mine??
Any help here I want to get my kart going for the summer!!
i need a link to hubs that will WORK

Those look alot like the wheels atc racers used back in the day for flat track racing, you might have to get some hubs custom made if you cant find any..

so my wheels are non standard?
They look like the same pattern on my atc also.

Well im not sure but you may be able to get some atc hubs and have them machined to accept that keyway shaft you have.

The small hubs you have are "American bolt pattern". They're identical to what I have on my kart. The bigger ones for your wheels, I have no idea.

Get em welded? Sell the rims to some fool and buy new rims?

I'm not sure if that would work. The first step is to find someone with an aluminum welder..
Next thing is I don't know if it would flex.. They need a little bit of flex to close off to 1" once on the axle.

Dunno, worth a shot if you know somebody good at mig or tig.

haha my hubs are billet. Sorry couldnt resist. And yeah if you know somone with a TIG or a aluminum MIG then your good. WE have aluminum MIG and it welds very nicely.

The only probelem with welding is that he needs a flat sirface where the rim touches the hub. The weld bead might interfear. Time to break out the JB weld. LOL kidding.

If it was hit real hot and sunk in DEEP on both sides and then turned down to fill in he could grind it down and use it that way.

yes he could. Better find a good welder for that type of penetration.

driving on the cracked one shouldnt be a problem, i cant see it doing you any harm when it snaps if it did.
go into a proper track kart store and buy proper hubs. or try ebay aus or something as the bolt pattern wont be "american bolt pattern"
Or, buy a set of rear Wheels off BMI that will be "american bolt pattern"

The entire thing is split in half.. Well I'm going to see if I can get it welded while it's on the axle so it has a good fit.. then put the bolt through it. This should happen Saturday. I'll inform how it works out.
