Legal Places To Ride

Well my dad thinks a go-kart would be cool but he says there is no where to legally ride one and he has a point. Can anyone offer advice on how to find places to ride or any places to ride near MD? I tried looking on the internet but all I could find was places where you have to use their karts.

Empty/abandoned parking lot, worst they can do is tell you to leave.

Private properties would be ideal, provided nobody complains about it and you're not disturbing anything.

schools do work great as long as you are not tearing up there yard

you can rent go kart tracks when no one is using them, it's technically the most legal thing.

i think most people don't care, as long as things aren't dangerous and nothing is being destroyed, there's not much to care about. the main reason people complain is either someone's messing up their property or theres a risk of someone getting hurt on their property and them being responsible.

I cant ride anywhere near my house cuz my neighbors are a-holes. One lady called the cops because some drove an electric golf cart by her house

I wasnt driving the golf cart but they were just driving it on the street. It was also in the middle of the day so its not like anyone was being disturbed or anything

Does anyone know of any off road(or on road) go kart tracks in or anywhere relatively close to MD? Im desperate, I want a go-kart so bad but there is no point if I cant ride it.:confused:

Just call up your local kart track see what they will charge you to rent the track for the day you and some friends and ride your kart there.
