Do you want governed (safe stock setup), or ungoved (res higher and goes faster but there is a slight chance of the rod snapping and the engine wont last as long because its moving almost twice as fast and therefore will wear out almost twice as fast)?

the safe stock way, but it turns out that my engine already comes with a speed control lever lol.

i also know that a wire stop is used. If maybe can someone draw out where the wire stop goes? also what is put on the end of the throttle cable so it doesnt slip out of the hole.Please.

picture is a little hard to see can you take a better picture of it . you should be able to just drill a hole threw the lever and run the cable threw it and have a spring hook up to the lever to pull it back so it dosent stay engaged

the outer (usually) black wire sheath will attach to your engine in someway and the wire itself will go thru the throttle arm. the other end of the wire will get a wire stop and it should work perfectly.

key word: should

so basically you saying that the cable wire stop should be on the end of the cable so it cant slip through the throttle hole? or am i wrong? Ill get a better picture and put it up.

The red circled is a random hole that looks like a screw goes in there.
The blue circle is the spring loaded throttle.
