how did you get the pipes cut so that it welds nicely to the tubing

Two ways of doing it.

1. Special tools can be bought to do this exact job. http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/category_6970_98+774194

2. Use a dremel style tool and just keep grinding it down slowly.
Fit it back up against the material to be welded to and mark out high spots that need more grinding.

lol i always wondered about that too, i think u can use some kind of heatable metal paste to fuse it, or some random metal peices to joint the thing together.

remember, all the pressure is going to be on that point.
