Tools needed to build a go kart or mini bike

I got an email tonight from a guy named Lawrence. He asked what kind of tools and equipment he needed to make a go kart.

Strangely, I don't think I've ever addressed that.

So, what all do you guys use, and what do you think is neccessary?

Need:
welder: I personally run a hobart 220 V mig welder.
grinders -- i guess not necessary, but helpful
Cut off wheel or chop saw, or metal bandsaw, or hacksaw and a lot of time.

Pipe benders can be helpfull too.

a chop saw with metal cutting blade, hacksaw, band saw or some sort of cutting tool
